Chef Michele has always had a passion for food.
From the
time she was a child she would spend hours in the kitchen helping
prepare the
family meal and creating her own dishes. She spent her summers working
at
restaurants to help put herself through college. After graduating from
the
University of
Massachusetts at
Amherst,
Michele embarked in a career in the financial industry.
Although Michele
initially did not choose a career in food, her love for cooking only
grew. At
home she would read cookbooks as if they were novels and has added more
than
100 books to her growing collection. Although mainly self taught,
Michele has
taken numerous cooking classes and has worked part-time in restaurants
while
raising her four children. When her youngest started school full time,
Michele
knew it was time to turn her love of cooking into a career.
Today Michele is the chef owner
of
Michele’s Culinary Creations. Her personal chef business services
Southern NH
and the
Merrimack
Valley
area. She feels blessed to be doing a job that she loves and at the
same time
helping others enjoy healthy delicious meals.
